About Me

Eve McFadden was born and raised in southern New Jersey. She attended college at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, receiving a BA in Russian Studies and International Relations. This led her to graduate school at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where she received an MA in Russian Area Studies in 1994. She remained in the Washington area until 2007, when she and her family moved to Pennsylvania. It was here that she found some sites with free online reading material, which led to her to try her luck at writing herself.

Her first effort, “Make a Wish,” was posted on Literotica.com and received many positive reviews, and so she continued writing. After the positive reception for her first novel, “Exiled,” she was approached by Republica Press in 2009 about publishing a sequel. Since then, she has published four e-books with Republica Press.

I was looking through your blog, and tried to use the link to After Dark. I got the reply “page not found”. The link is http://www.afterdark-onine.com/. When I looked at it, the problem was obvious: instead of “onine”, it should be “online”. You might like to correct it in your blog.

One other matter. I just finished reading chapter 3 of Rhythm and the Blue Line. I have enjoyed the story very much so far, and look forward to reading the rest of it! I like the fact that the characters come across as real people, are well developed, and speak in a natural way. I like the delicate way that the story is evolving. Many thanks for an enjoyable read!

Hi! I’ve been reading some of your book reviews on this site.
You once posted something about mainstream books. So i just wanted to ask if you’ve read the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan. It’s pretty awesome.

    • I read a lot of mainstream books. 🙂 No, I haven’t read the Riordan series. I’m not usually much on reading YA fiction, but I may give it a try one day.
